Approach

Clear thinking first. Evidence second. Scale third.

Six principles that decide what I recommend—and what I refuse to.

Do not start with the tool

Start with the business outcome, people, current process, economics, and constraints.

Solve something real

Early work should produce evidence through a solved workflow, measurable baseline, or decision-ready roadmap.

Transfer ownership

The client should become more capable during the engagement.

Measure the system

Track cost, adoption, productivity, visibility, quality, and risk.

Use the boring solution when it wins

AI is not automatically better than conventional software, a process change, or clear content.

Be honest about uncertainty

Models, search systems, and platform reporting change; recommendations must evolve with evidence.

I will not recommend an AI program simply because you asked for one.

Sound like the right approach?

A 30-minute fit and framing call. If the boring solution wins, I will tell you.
